Fitness360, a locally owned and operated Personal Training and Sport Performance Facility, has leased approximately 1,800 sq.ft. in the retail space in the building located at 1360 Niagara Street.  The facility, which is open to group and private sessions, is scheduled to open its doors on Friday, February 1.

“As someone who is passionate about the surge in development and re-development throughout Buffalo, it’s an exciting opportunity for me to bring my business and clientele to a local landmark such as The Mentholatum,” said Fitness360 owner Glenn Kaifas.

At their previous location in North Buffalo, Fitness360 created a long history in working with high school, college and professional athletes to improve performance and prevent injury with an innovative strength & conditioning program. In addition, they have been successful in implementing their Chronic Disease Prevention Program for clients, local corporations and hospitals.

Renee Moran of Red Door Real Estate served as broker for Fitness360.  Tim Malchow of Ciminelli Real Estate Corporation served as agent for The Mentholatum.  Located in the heart of the Niagara Street Corridor, The Mentholatum began welcoming tenants in the Spring of 2018, and is now close to full occupancy.  Just 2,000 sq.ft. of commercial space remains for lease, directly adjacent to the Fitness360 space.
