Allpro Parking LLC is moving its corporate office across the street to Ciminelli Real Estate Corp.'s newly remodeled Sinclair building at Washington and Mohawk streets in downtown Buffalo in mid-July to accommodate the firm's growth.

The parking lot management and operations company, which employs 14 full-time staff at its corporate office to handle the 139 locations in 13 markets and cities in which it operates, will occupy about 7,000 square feet of office space on the first floor of the mixed-use building, located at 465 Washington St. Ciminelli is converting that building - formerly the University at Buffalo Educational Opportunity Center - into a mixture of apartments and commercial space.

Allpro will leave its current space at 465 Main St., where it has been located since it was founded by president and CEO Richard Serra in 2000. The firm started with just two corporate employees, but is running out of space. It employs nearly 500 overall at all of its operations, which include surface lots, parking ramps, health care system parking facilities, commuter rail and airport parking operations, and special event parking.

"Having maintained offices in downtown Buffalo for the past 16 years at 465 Main Street, it is exciting to start our next chapter at The Sinclair," Serra said. "This new office space will allow for future expansion of our corporate headquarters as we continue to expand our parking operations further throughout the states of New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania and ostensibly other markets in the near future."
